SHAYANBILAL

My Story

I started out as a solo freelancer, taking on one client at a time and personally writing every line of code, handling every client call, and chasing every deadline myself. That hands-on, no-excuses way of working is still the standard the whole agency is held to today.

As the client list grew past what one person could realistically deliver at a premium level, freelancing turned into a team, and the team turned into Hifi Development Lab — a full-service agency covering fullstack development, WordPress, Shopify, SEO and digital marketing under one roof, for clients across Pakistan and worldwide.

Day to day, I still work directly on fullstack builds and client strategy, while making sure every project that goes out the door meets the same bar I held myself to when it was just me and a laptop.
